Same Ol' Everyday

For some reason, taking pictures today seemed harder. It might be because lately I've been taking pictures of stuff that I see everyday. To get over this, I'm walking different routes than normal, getting out more, and being more aware of of the things that I see almost everyday of my life lately.

I take way too many pictures of tree branches... -____-


The last picture reminded me of how I used to take a TON of sky/cloud pictures, especially sunset. Maybe it's because I have a tendency of looking up often? I'm surprised my neck is still fine. :P

Skipping Yesterday

Yes, I'm aware I didn't post any pictures yesterday. I actually stayed indoors the entire day and lounged around, so I took zero pictures. :P

It was lovely weather today... until it started to get cloudy and rained :( So here's a pretty after-rain shot I took a while back. :)

Outing

My boyfriend and I randomly decided to go down to Pleasanton to watch Alice in Wonderland in 3-D. Of course, we took the BART, no surprise there. :P

Time

Here are my 3 pictures for today:

Too bad I didn't have the power to make that car move

Due to the protests, my afternoon class got canceled. So being bored to death, I decided to walk around a bit, you know, that scary thing called exercise. I got a few interesting shots.

I was rather surprised when I saw those weeds growing not on the sidewalk, but up above


I also tried out taking pictures from the hip. Pretty much I had my camera by my side and was clicking away for a few blocks. It seems I was tilting the camera a bit, since there wasn't any uphill, but interesting shots nonetheless.

After the Rain

I was afraid that it would be raining all day and that I wouldn't be able to take any pictures, but thankfully the weather cleared up a bit and there was sun!






I think the awesome part about taking pictures when there's rain is the night shots. Car lights, street lights, the reflections, and all seem to come together and make it all pretty and nice!

Today's

So I figured, punishment for not taking the minimum three pictures... make up for it by taking them and putting them up in the next post.

I definitely need to get out/explore more. Hopefully I can get better shots soon!

Over the Weekend...

Had a fun weekend with friends up in Tahoe, and I did remember to take pictures Friday and Saturday... but I failed on Sunday. :(
